Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Constant Climbing Shop. The following Terms and Conditions guide the use of and commerce on our web shop. These Terms and Conditions may be adjusted from time to time.

General

You can purchase our product through our web store. If you have any questions, please contact us though our “contact us” tab or email us on hey@constant-climbing.com. All merchandise and/or products remain our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Constant Climbing reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order on suspicion, even if the delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted. Constant Climbing reserves the right to have minor deviations related to the material, colour, weight, measurements or manufacturing that appear on our web shop.

Delivery

All Shipments are sent by Royal Mail Second class delivery. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. Estimated delivery times can be found on the individual product pages. We have everything you can buy on the web shop in stock, unless otherwise stated. If you change your mind about things you ordered, please contact us immediately though our “contact us” tab or email us on hey@constant-climbing.com. When returning items you are responsible for the goods. For our Shipping costs, please refer to individual item pages for details.

Payment

You have the following options:

Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When using credit cards, you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you receive it at the chosen delivery address. You pick it up at your designated pick up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Constant Climbing reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order deemed suspicious, even if delivery time is to be affected. Constant Climbing can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

 Returns policy

UK law applies. According to the Returns and Refunds law; see https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds for more information. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product within 28 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product, you have to contact us within this 28-day period. We are unable to take back products that have been altered, used or worn. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost. If the product is defective, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to us before returning the product, and then return the product together with your receipt/proof of purchase to the address we provide.

Security

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:/ to show that the page you are visiting is secured. Constant Climbing co-operates with Stripe for redemption of credit card payments. According to UK law, Constant Climbing has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service. We will not give your personal information to anyone without your permission.

Force Majeure

In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authorities or similar circumstance, Constant Climbing will apply force majeure. This means that these Terms and Conditions cannot or only partly, be performed. If this occurs, Constant Climbing will try to inform you about this.
